Lagu Barat Jadul : Terraplane - Talking To Myself

Nama Terraplane bagi penggemar musik di Indonesia mungkin terdengar asing dan tidak setenar band - band besar lainnya. Terrraplane merupakan band pop rock tahun 1980'an yang berasal dari London, Inggris dengan personel lima orang musisi, mereka telah menghasilkan dua buah album sebelum bubar di tahun 1988. Di mana tiga orang anggotanya tetap melanjutkan karier mereka dengan membentuk sebuah band hard rock Thunder.
 
Danny Bowes (vocal), Luke Morley (gitar), Garry 'Harry' James (drum) dan Nick Linden (bass) merupakan 'original recording line-up'. Setelah mengeluarkan sebuah single di label independen 'City', tidak lama setelah itu mereka kemudian menandatangi kontrak dengan Epic. Dengan tertundanya album perdana yang hampir selesai direkam, mereka merekrut gitaris kedua Rudi Riviere yang hanya muncul di satu track (lagu) dalam album tersebut.
 
Nah di album perdana yang dirilis tahun 1985 yang berjudul Black and White itulah terdapat sebuah lagu yang (bukan paling) enak didengar dan mempunyai kenangan tersendiri buat saya, mungkin buat anda juga.
